BCCI announces the Indian team squad for west indies tour, starting from 3 August 2019.They granted MS Dhoni leave as he said he is unavailable for the whole tour. Jasprit Bumrah is also not part of Indian ODI and T20I squad. Murali vijay is also dropped from test team. Hardik Pandya is also not part of team due to his groin injury.
Wridhiman Saha is making comeback after the tour of South Africa 2018 as he got injured.Good news for GABBAR'S fan as he is fit and he part of ODI and T20I squad but not get place in test due to his poor performance in South Africa and Australia tour. Mayank agarwal secure his place in test team as he had great tour in Australia.
There are many new faces in T20I team from the last time India played in that format. Dinesh Karthik,Siddharth Kaul,Yuzvendra Chahal,Umesh Yadav and Jasprit Bumrah is out and Ravindra jadeja ,Washington sundar, Rahul chahar, Bhuvneshwar kumar, Khaleel Ahmed,Deepak chahar and Navdeep saini is in.
shreyas iyer or manish pandey will play on no.4 position.In my point of view Indian team should give chance to any one player in all ODI.They have to show believe in player.
India will play three t20,three odi and two test in this tour against west indies.The first two t20 will be played in Laudrehill,Florida. Virat Kohli is captain of India in all three format.The schedule of this tour is following:-
